Mascara just wont cut it?

how do i get my lashes to look like celebrity's i have super long eye lashes so im wondering if they just use fake ones to make them look longer but mine are already long so how do i do it?

Dior DiorShow Mascara ($24.00 US, $31.00 CAN), OR… some of my friends use Cover Girl's LashBlast Volume Blasting Mascara .. and they look like they have fake eyelashes ($8.00 CAN).
