Problem with skin??????????????????????????

I have realluyuneven colour on my cheeks and chin . They are so red!I dont have rosecea,just clogged pores and red cheeks. Is there any way i can get rid of it in about 10 minutes. I use clinique 7 day scrub off scream, and moisture on call. Please help I am sick of wearing foundation!x
