Foundation and flash photo problem…?

Every time I put on foundation, even if it is a light layer, there is a white cast on my face when the flash of the camera is turned on, but when the flash is turned off, it looks completely natural. This happens even in natural daylight, can anyone please tell me what is wrong?

i just found out that when that happens its because the foundation contains titanium dioxide or spf, so try a different foundation and make sure it dosnt contain spf or titanium dioxide
