On a scale of 1-10 (1 being worst, 10 being best) how do you like my makeup and why?
Please give me tips and pointers for when you do your makeup.

I really like the colors and they are blended really well :]
Personally, Im not too crazy about shimmer and the winged tip might be a little smalll.
