Will concealer actually work for an eye primer?

Well my mom won't by me any primer at the moment, and i'm sick of my make up looking like **** at the end of the day. haha (:
So I want to know if concealer actually works! And I don't mean to sound like a spoiled brat whenever I say that — I have my own money, but she won't let me get it? haha. Thanks!

yes! but make sure it is the SAME color as ur skin NOT lighter……. well now that u think about it the color would not matter as long as it is close to ur skin,but it would be better if the concealer was the same color as ur skin. 
***p.s. do know that if the concealer is not ur same color ur eyeshadow would not have the same color payoff.
