ok, first, the bronzer shouldnt be 2 shades lighter or darker than your natural skin tone. If you have the powder kind, with a big , almost fluffy make up brush, sweep it across you forehead ,nose, and your cheeks. An all over bronzer look is not really ' in' right now , but still if you like that look, go for it. Try only to use one 'serving' of bronzer at a time, meaning only dip the brush in the pot at the most 2 times so you wont get random parts of the tan that our darker than the other parts.
For liquid bronzers, blend in well, like under your jaw, and to your hairline.

and maybe a little bit of foundation on your eyelids because it acts
as a primer and helps eye makeup stay on better. but be careful!
cuz when you're done applying your eye makeup, you may have
little fallen particles of eyeshadow underneath your eye, which tend
to stick to your foundation. so just lightly dust them away! =]

How do you apply eyeliner all the way around your eyes like people on tv? I am too afraid to go into the corner of my eyes and my top lid always looks jagged and shaky. Please help me!

It only takes practice. The more often you apply it, the steadier your hand will be. Start on the top in the corner of the eye just a bit from the actual corner, apply lightly (you can always go back and add more). Take the line to the end of your eye. Then start at the same spot on the bottom, but hold the pencil perpendicular to your eye and color (as in crayons) near the root of your lashes. Keep at it until you get the amount you want on. If you go off track use a q-tip to take off the excess. Practice a lot. You can also adjust the amount at the corner with a q-tip. If you wear eye shadow, apply that first, if you wear mascara apply that last. You will be beautiful in no time!

I wanted to start wearing makeup more regularly. I have brown eyes, they turn green in the summer. brown hair and not pale but defiantly not tanned skin.

I was thinking Concealer (good quality), eyeliner, eye shadow and maybe lip gloss.

Just gently pull your lid and get the liner as close to your lash line as possible. There are a million YouTube tutorials out that can help. The best way to learn is simply to practice — we were all bad at it when we first started. But in time, you will get better.
