Hello, I wear NW20 in MAC. It has recently started making me break out and I would like to seitch. What color would I be in Bare Minerals? I don't have much time to go to the store, so I would like to just buy it online if possible.

How much does each one cost?
Which one has more product in grams?
Which one will cover light acne and redness?
Is the Loreal package too big for a makeup bag?

L'Oreal Bare Naturale: Walmart actually sells it now and it's $13.48 Other places it's $15.25
Maybelline Mineral Powder: Walmart has it for $7.94 while every where else it's $8.29

L'Oreal Bare Naturale, it has about 10g in the container compared to Maybelline Mineral Powder's 8g

Actually a makeup artist would tell you not to use any drug store brands such as Maybelline and L'Oreal for acne issues as they contain oxychloride which is a metal not a mineral. That can actually cause more break outs, and it's actually better to use Organic powders such as Faerie Organic Minerals. However, as far as covering the redness and acne, both work equally as well.

No actually L'Oreal Bare naturale will fit in a make up bag. my cousin actually complained she thought it was too small compared to the one she was use to.

I've heard that the L'Oreal True Match Powder tends to not match color tone wise with the foundation, but that's easily fixed by figuring how off it is and making the adjustment with another shade. Other than that, I've only heard good things about it. But, I've never actually tried it.

Rimmel Lasting Foundation gets bad reviews in all the make up and beauty sites I visit, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone based on that. They say it has a plasticy texture to it and looks really unnatural

I used bare minerals for about a year. I didn't really see a drastic change but I DID stop breaking out. The good thing about bare minerals isn't what it has but what it doesn't have. It doesn't have chemicals or anything that could clog your pores, chemicals or any artificial things so it doesn't ruin of affect your skin in any way unlike some other brands.

I would think that the powder would sink down into the lines & make you complexion look dry. Does anyone know

its the cheapest of the bunch and im a budget gal , always on the hunt for cheapys and the maybelline does a pretty good job! ( like ive sed on ur other question) bare minerals comes in second though. ino someone who has it and i tried it one time when i was at her house, she did my makeup for me ( it was fun) and it was good stuff!

I just got my starter kit yesterday and I'm thinking it accentuates the lines under my eyes more than it masks them. (All the customer reviews I've seen on Y!A rave about how wonderful it is at covering lines.) Am I using too much?

You may be using too much, or the color may not be exact, so it's creating shadows. If I were you, I would try using a cream concealer before, and then set it with the powder. It will make it look smoother.
