if you have oily skin and blemishes, use mineral makeup-lets your skin breath and helps control oil
if you have dry skin, use a tinted moisturizer- this will help hydrate your dry skin better than the mineral makeup-which can accentuate dry patches on your skin and cause flakiness- if you have dry skin but still break out, get a tinted moisturizer that is oil free- to avoid clogging your pores

Hey everyone!
All I keep hearing is people raving about Cover girl's Lash Blast mascara. I've decided to buy it and try it out, but since theres three kinds, which one should I try? Their three kinds are: Volume, Length, and Luxe. Which one is better? Im looking for fuller lashes. Please only answer if you've bought one or more kinds of the LashBlast mascara. Thanks so much! I love LashBlast.. I have the one in the orange tube and I use this one on a daily basis and I love it. I also have LashBlast Luxe in the magenta tube (I guess that's the color) and I love that one as well. I used to use Maybelline for years including the Colossal lashes, and once I used Covergirl LashBlast I immediately threw those away. ..

i've noticed that in the winter my skin is more dry and that can sometimes make the powder look uneven or dry my skin out more. i do use facial moisturizer at least once a day, either in the morning or at night, sometimes both. should i use a different foundation in the winter?

usually people in the winter wear a liquid foundation.
because it doesnt show dry patches and it covers well.

in the summer people feel its better to wear just powder or mineral makeup because they sweat and it will absorb the oil and sweat better than a liquid would. also in the summer your normally not dry on your face.

just make sure you exfoliate or use a facial scrub to wash away the dryness and also dont forget to mosturze your face!

I am a huge makeup fan and was wondering which is better and why? Is one worse for your skin? Some people say bad things about drug store makeup, but I think the quality is just as good especially if your on a budget. I do admit when I have the money I may splurge on MAC and others. Any opinions????

I'm getting married in a couple of months, and I know nothing about makeup. I have a vein that is too close to the skin on my face and consistently looks like a bruise. It's a purple mark. Which color of concealer will make it not show as much yellow, green, or purple?

I would go for a concealer with a yellow undertone or a peachy salmon undertone. Then after you apply the concealer I would put a powder concealer over top of it. But make sure you apply the powder concealer with something like a triangle sponge because it will give it a nicer finish. Also on top of giving you more coverage the powder concealer will set your yellow or salmon undertone concealer so it will stay on longer.

I most likely want to get my foundation from Dior, but I have also seen SO many amazing reviews for this brand called Bee-Luscious…heard of it or know anything?! I really want great coverage that lasts ALL day, because I never have time to reapply, and a very matte effect Any info would be great! Thank you!<3

Definitely concealer, it's less thick and most concealers should have an acne cream in it which while you wear the concealer, treats your blemish.
