Most likely not.
MAC is only sold in department stores like "Macys, The Bay etc." Or they have their own separate stores other than that its against their regulation to have sales outside of those two main areas.
So your best bet is to guess what your color is or just go down for a drive.

well, mac foundation can actually make some people break out.
If I were you, I would just get something like Revlon's photo ready foundation.
you can get this at any drugstore, and you can choose what kind of skin you have.

but if you want mac makeup for your eyes, go for it!
