Since you are lucky enough to have naturally dark skin you can skip the foundation. Brush eyebrows with a brush. Wear a color like coppery brown just on the eye lid…not in crease or below eyebrow. Wear silky powder blush in nude rose on apple of cheeks only. Use a softsmudge brown eyeliner just along top lashline. Then apply high definition volume mascara in black on top lashes only. i have about 60 elf products and i dont really dislike any of them
all of the lip products are good
all of the eyeshadows are fairly good
the regular eyeliners suck on the water line but are kinda good on top
the felt tip eyeliners are good
i haven't tried there mascara though.
there face stuff is good.
There eye brushes are amazing but there face brushes can be a little towards the bad side.
(by the way thats all for the regular line. i only have a few things from the mineral line and the stufio line but i love those products too)

all in all, its a pretty good brand so you should get it. and even if you dont like the product, it was only a dollar

depends on what your best feature is. If its your eyes, Id do a single coat of mascara with a dark smoky eyeshadow and a silvery highlight at your brow and inside corners of your eyes.. but if its your lips Id go for a crushed berry colored lip stain with a clear gloss. and since your skin is pale maybe a nice Rosy blush on your cheeks? but only accent your eyes or lips. not both. and really you should do blush. guys like it even if they cant tell why lol and keep it simple because your kinda young and its just a game… no need to look trampy and sometimes girls your age do that on accident
