I use blackk! I have CG Perfect point plus. It makes my eyes bolder and bigger, but In a cute, girly and good way.

I also use Almay mascara and, my favorite, glitter mascara. I think it's called Rimmel, or something. It look purple but it's really black with sparkles, and the brush is designed in a special way so that it doesn't clump. It works like magic. The wand-top-cap thingy has the words U J L in a pyrmid. Kinda hard to explainn (:

yes! but make sure it is the SAME color as ur skin NOT lighter……. well now that u think about it the color would not matter as long as it is close to ur skin,but it would be better if the concealer was the same color as ur skin.

***p.s. do know that if the concealer is not ur same color ur eyeshadow would not have the same color payoff.

I'm one of the unlucky women who has to live with sunken in, dark under-eye circles.
Without concealer I look like a zombie.

Are there any natural remedies or products out there aside from concealer that'd help?

Personally, Im not too crazy about shimmer and the winged tip might be a little smalll.

The foundation or the base of the face makeup must be carefully selected. This will depend on the complexion of the person. A lighter shade must be used for a person with a bright skin tone. It is important to see that the foundation is well blended with the skin. This is easily done with a bit of water added to the base.

The base must be left to dry for a while. For the summers you can apply a cold compression with ice over the face. This will set the makeup well. For the pimple prone face a water based foundation would be the most appropriate. The foundation must be applied in dots all over the face and then blended. The area under the eye must be treated softly so that it may not leave wrinkles.

The jutting jaws must be colored a shade darker to make them look even. For the face that is round use dark shades on the sides to give a narrow effect. Anyway, the easiest way to do it is to do a lighter shade on the inner half of the lid and a darker shade on the outer half. Is it bad to use eye gel every single day when I'm only in high school?
I plan on using it every night before bed time. I heard that's when it works the best. I don't have puffyness and I don't think I have dark circles so is it still okay to use it?
Someone told me it have anti-aging effects and they told me that it's a good idea to use a bit of anti-aging stuff now so I don't have to deal too much with that later.

So is it okay or should I just wait until I'm in college or older?

It's not going to do any harm to you, just use it at night.
However I'd argue if you use certain products now i.e. products that have anti-aging ingredients in it or whatever, you'll grow to be immune to these products later on.
But right now, they're beneficial to you.
But you since you don't even need it, it's used as a prevention product first of all, so you don't need to really use it other than at night while your skin is healing etc
