Okay I Kinda Want to change my look but i don't know what to do!
i usually just wear liquid & powder foundation, black eyeliner (on top and bottom) and mascera.
My hair is either scrunched or straighten.
I Have Fair Cool Tone Skin.
My Eye Color is Somewhere Between Light and Medium Brown.
Long Darkish Brown Hair With Some Red Undertones.
*I Want Something I Can Wear Everyday Even at Night.
*I Really Like Dark Eye Makeup Especially The Eyeliner.
Also What Color Should i Have My Hair?

I have very fair skin. I try to use the lightest shades that are offered by companies, but they are never the right shade. I have tried Clinique's Matte Ivory and CoverGirl's lightest shade recently. Does anyone know of companies that offer lighter options? I don't need them to be white, but just a few shades lighter. Thanks!
