Blue eyes?? Go for a light, sheer orange color. It really brings out the color. It's crazy!!
Mac cosmetics makes an eyeshadow called "orange". It would look great.
Use a matte blush for you cheeks, this will look more natural than shimmer.
Big lips?? Lucky:) Wear a matte light pink lipstick. Maybelline makes a lipstick called "pink please" for their color sensational line.
