What's the best liquid foundation for me?
by admin on Feb.02, 2010, under Makeup Q & A
i need one that- has medium-heavy coverage, looks natural, and goes on easy, and can last the whole day, and doesn't clog your pores
Answer :————————
revlon colorstay.
pros:
great coverage
amazing stay power
formulas for both oily and dry skin
large range of color
cons:
dries quickly, so you have to be sure to blend it well before it sets
Help!? i need a good liquid foundation!?
by admin on Feb.02, 2010, under Makeup Q & A
right now i'm using covergirl's trublend liquid foundation in 405 ivory(the lightest color they offer) but it's still a bit too dark for me
is anyone using a good liquid foundation right now that you recommend?
specifically a kind that has good coverage but is light enough for very pale skin?
thanks!

well this is a bit more expensive. and im not a fan of expensive. but i fell in love with clinique's liquid make up. they also have this thing for pale people that helps with the redness. its pretty awesome.

its the first foundation that i cant even feel on my face.
it smells and feels like a non-greasy lotion
it has spf 15
it stays on all day
it has medium-full coverage
its not oily at all
it actually helped me clear up my skin too!
it has yellow undertones wich looks great on everybody
its only 8 dollars at walgreens and target

Revlon Colorstay Liquid Foundation — combination/oily skin OR normal/dry skin?
by admin on Feb.02, 2010, under Makeup Q & A
So I have very oily skin and I'm thinking about getting the Revlon Colorstay Liquid Foundation. I know there are 2 choices: combination/oily skin & the normal/dry skin. I've heard that if you have oily skin that the normal/dry skin one is better for you and that the combination/oily foundation makes you more oily. Does anyone know if this is true & tell me your own experience. Can you suggest which one I should get? Thank youu *(:
Answer :————————
I have the normal/dry skin because I have dry skin, and it works perfect for me.
However, I tried it on my friend, who has combination/oily skin, and it was way too oily for her.
They obviously have another type for people with different skin, so I'm guessing the combination/oily skin is oil free.
So go with that.
