Use that orangey toned blush, it looks good on fair skin. A teeny weeny bit of eyeliner, like a thin line around your eyes. Mascara, for sure. Try straightening your hair. Use a pink shiny eyeshadow to complete the look if you'd like.

Whatever your natural skin color is always seems to look better. :] My best friend and I both have light blonde hair, but I'm naturally very pale and she naturally tans very easily. I've tried fake tanning before and it looked weird and unnatural on me even though the product worked well, but she looks great tan. It just depends on the person. If you're naturally pale then you'll look great with pale skin and blonde hair: it looks classic and glamorous. If you naturally tan very quickly then you can look cute and summery.

I am aware the makeup is similar in both pictures, but the first picture the shadow is emphasizing the inner crease and is less heavy.
