Okay, so i am like a complete beginner at everything in make up. What am i suppose to apply to my face like i know consealer and foundation but i am not to fond of foundation. I have been recommended to put MAC studio finish consealer and the mineral powder but i really do not want liquid foudation is that ok? and also if theres any tips i should get please let me know thank youu :]

Ok, first off you do not need foundation or concealer. Its not required at all, but it is good to use if you have uneven skin. Like if you have blotchy skin or some problem areas you don't want to be seen. I use powder only, its light and it doesn't clog my pores. So I don't have to worry about causing my skin to break out! I would recommend Clinique and Philosophy when it comes to powder. They're both very light and work really well. MAC is nice, but each time I buy the powder it just breaks apart in its compact. So I don't waste my money. I'm not sure if you're asking just about foundation and powder but here is some make up that I would recommend.

Eyeliner- Urban Decay, Sephora, Clinique, and Lancome. For Lancome I'm not sure if they have basic eyeliner but they have ArtLiner that is amazing. Its great if you're going out and don't want to worry about your makeup wearing off or smudging.

Mascara- Vincent Longo, Maybelline Volum' Express, Too Faced – Lash Injection, Benefit, and Lancome.

Eye Shadow- Urban Decay, MAC, Sephora, Stila

Blush- this one is a little foreign to me since I don't really use it but during the winter to add some color I use a cheek stain by Tarte. It works really well and its really easy to apply.

Bronzer- If you want to use one I would recommend Bare Essentials. Its the only one I've ever used and its really light on your skin.

Lips- Gloss: Clinique, Benefit, Stila. LipStick: Smashbox, Chanel, Maybelline, Clinique, Sephora

Thats all I have for you lol. Hope it helps. Oh! Also almost forgot, the only foundation I do use when I need it is Kevin Aucion. It works great for my skin but foundation is something you have to look around for. Some things work better for other people. Also look for it in your skin type k.

I helped my friend for her wedding so I hope this helps you.
Definitely focus on the eyes, but don't go ridiculously dark. Use brownish gold tones…physicians formula's baked sands container has 3 shades that work great and they're not too dark, and they look great on anyone with fair skin and darker hair/eyes. Try using a black shadow to lightly line the upper eyelashes, it gives a softer and sweeter look. Unless you want more dramatic then use liquid.
Nude on the lips, with a little gloss. Try a tasty one from Victoria's secret since you're sealing that deal with a kiss haha.
We'd didn't use blush, but that depends on your preference. Don't forget to curl those lashes, or use fake ones.

Blow dry your hair with a round barrel brush, I also have wavy hair and this gives it a gorgeously tamed wave. I love purple eyeshadow rimming the top of the eyelid for really dark eyes.

However, I don't personally think that looks at the solution to your problem. Talk to him nicely and slowly edge your way into his heart. He seems to be one of those people that doesn't like to let you in his heart too easily, but don't worry you can still get there. He'll be a challenge, but who doesn't like to play games?

ok so if you want the best brushes although a little pricey i recommend mac. Mac cosmetics are good but since you want the natural look,i very much recomment brushes from mac and perhaps makeup from clinique since Mac can be overpowering sometimes. Perhaps you can use powder of course umm i kinda would have to see what u look like but just off the top of my head a light blush (if your fare a very neutral one) and a big plus for you are your blue eyes. use dark mascara (not too much ) and with some eyeshadow you can lightly dab some on top of your lash line with a pencil thin brush maybe like a dark brown or a black (but black can be dangerous if you use too much) maybe you can use a lip gloss although it can be annoying you can stick to a nice natural looking lipstick you can buy the eye shadow quad atclinique comes with four shades for $25 (the spicy set of colors of teddybear would be nice colors if you want natural) u can use like a lighter color toward the brow bone (not too white) just enough to give your brows that look like they've just been cleaned out good luck honey
