Since you are lucky enough to have naturally dark skin you can skip the foundation. Brush eyebrows with a brush. Wear a color like coppery brown just on the eye lid…not in crease or below eyebrow. Wear silky powder blush in nude rose on apple of cheeks only. Use a softsmudge brown eyeliner just along top lashline. Then apply high definition volume mascara in black on top lashes only. u dont really need it for face because if u use a moisturizer before itll stay on longer anyways
but u should use it for ur eyes so ur eyeshadow stays and doesnt crease up. urban decay primer potion is really good. and elf eye primer is good too

stila- can be sold at sephora and has the best lipglazes i love them to death

Dior- has a great mascara called dior show

Lancom is so good and has a great pressed powder but is a little expenisve

There are alot you could do with your eyes already! But you can try putting a silvery shimmer or an opaque white in the area or your tear duct it supposedly makes your eyes look more awake. Also try lining your bottom eyelid with white eyeliner that also gives your eyes a rounder and bigger look. You could also invest in mascara that lengthens your lashes or you could also go with falsies.
