You know the mascara ads with the fake eyelashes. Everyone knows that the lashes are fake, so how are they even allowed to do this?

Since you are lucky enough to have naturally dark skin you can skip the foundation. Brush eyebrows with a brush. Wear a color like coppery brown just on the eye lid…not in crease or below eyebrow. Wear silky powder blush in nude rose on apple of cheeks only. Use a softsmudge brown eyeliner just along top lashline. Then apply high definition volume mascara in black on top lashes only. yes.
u dont really need it for face because if u use a moisturizer before itll stay on longer anyways
but u should use it for ur eyes so ur eyeshadow stays and doesnt crease up. urban decay primer potion is really good. and elf eye primer is good too
