News of Marriage brings lots of excitement in whole family. Everyone starts preparing the shopping list for themselves. But shopping for a bride is the most entertaining and engaging affair before a marriage. It will look like an ever ending saga. Make a list of categories like jewels, accessories, slippers, formal wear, party wear, casual wear etc. under each category list out the things to be brought. To manage the things properly, few days before marriage recheck the list and find out if you have everything in the list. Of course new list or things might come up even till the last moment of the wedding; still the main items must be ready days before the matrimonial ceremony starts. Planning your shopping and organizing the things will in many ways save time and money. You can avoid last minute tensions and confusions. Every moment from the day is fixed until the wedding day it is nothing but sheer joy and festivity in the family no doubt.

I never wear make-up. But my wedding day is quickly approaching. I want to look amazing but don't know where to begin. Can anyone help me? I am fair skinned, Dark brown hair, rounded/heart shaped face, dark brown eyes, I'm 27. Um, I can't think of anything else. Please someone help me.

Definitely focus on the eyes, but don't go ridiculously dark. Use brownish gold tones…physicians formula's baked sands container has 3 shades that work great and they're not too dark, and they look great on anyone with fair skin and darker hair/eyes. Try using a black shadow to lightly line the upper eyelashes, it gives a softer and sweeter look. Unless you want more dramatic then use liquid.
Nude on the lips, with a little gloss. Try a tasty one from Victoria's secret since you're sealing that deal with a kiss haha.
We'd didn't use blush, but that depends on your preference. Don't forget to curl those lashes, or use fake ones.

This may be true but we have allowed ourselves to be put in this place.

Obesity is becoming a epidemic and will effect everyone. It will increase our health care premiums and increase the amount sickness and deaths. People that are obese usually die younger and have many more health issues including diabetes and stroke. Dieting can be summed up simply as being a very simple exercise.

Yes a simple exercise. You need to do two things to succeed in any weight loss programs. I believe there are four major components to ant diet and this is still true but you can even make it simpler. For you to loose weight you need to do two things. The first is to change your eating habits. It really does not matter what the diet is. Yes there are diets that are better than others but if you change your eating habits, the ones that have gotten you to this obese stage, you will be able to lose weight. We are making the assumption that you will put good eating habits in place.

Even with all of the tips on weight loss you still need to change your eating habits. This does not happen overnight. This will take some time but it is not impossible. Remember it took time to form the bad habits it will take time to break them. What you need to do is start to eat healthy, you need to do this everyday and stop the junk food and eating foods and fatty foods you know not to be any good for you. As time moves on you will automatically choose the correct foods and prepare a good well balanced meal without checking the book. You need to continue this diet for life and as you do this you will be able to have the occasional forbidden food but as long as you continue to eat healthy. You need to do this the rest of your life just not for a couple of months or until we think we lost enough weight.

The second thing that you need to lose weight after changing your eating habits is exercise. It does not matter what any diet tells you or dietary supplements promises you you will not lose weight without these two conditions. You need to change your eating habits and exercise. How much weight you lose will be determined largely by how much and strenuous you exercise. If you want the instant weight loss that most diets and dietary supplements promise you need to exercise.

Exercise is the one component of any diet that will speed up the weight loss program You need to exercise and exercise regularly to start to lose weight. Make sure that when you choose a exercise you enjoy the activity because you need to do this at three or four times a week. You want to choose a aerobic exercise such as cycling, walking, swimming, Aerobic dancing, jogging and any exercise does not allow for periods of rest. By doing your exercises and then eventually increasing the type or intensity of the exercise and making it more rigorous will also increase the amount of weight you lose. Do not be afraid of sweat.
