I need a new, medium-full coverage foundation?

i need a new foundation but i haven't had any luck so far with my search. i need something that's good for oily/acne prone skin and that covers slight acne scarring (more redness than scars) well. i've been using estee lauder double wear light because the saleslady talked me into it, but it's so sheer i have to wear tons of concealer underneath it, not a good look. it also oxidizes on my face to an orangey color. cargo has fragrance in their foundation which makes my skin blotchy and irritated. i've tried drugstore brands to no avail and bare minerals isn't doing it for me either. it's so sheer. i'm at my wits end, can anyone suggest a foundation that they use/love everyday? thanks.

GloMinerals protective liquid foundation in satin finish. Love this. Has medium coverage out of the tube, but can be layered for a heavier look and can be applied with a wet sponge for a lighter one. What I love the most about it, is that I don't need to use the same amount of product all over my face to get an even look. I can apply it lightly all over my face and just apply it heavy on my right side where I have (really bad) acne scarring, and it blends in great. Absolutely love this! And it hasn't broken me out, which is like amazing b/c my skin break out from anything…love this

When professional women hit a crisis point it can be devastating. For many women there comes a point where you wake up one morning and wonder what you have been doing it all for. For some women crisis can occur through losing a job or a partner. We hit a blank wall and can t see a way out.
For some professional women it simply makes sense to take a break for a while. For many though this is simply not an economic option. Rather than panicking or giving up it is time to stop and re evaluate where you are at.
Start with your personal values. Mind map them, or get them written down somehow.. What is your passion? What do you really believe in? What do you see as ideal? Our values under pin everything we do as women. Most of us know what those values are but just taking the time to record them brings them and keeps them clear in our heads.
For professional women losing a job can seem like the end of the world. It is not. With your values identified, look at your passion and your skills. Do you need to find another job doing exactly the same thing or can you move in a different direction? Many professional women who have lost their jobs have started completely new ventures and found themselves fulfilled.
If you are looking for new work it is time to re connect with your network and to make new connections. You never know who or what might come up. If you are feeling unmotivated, get out and go to a few seminars or meetings. Talk to people and re discover your confidence. Professional women s groups are a particularly good choice as you are mixing with like minded people who understand professional womens issues. You may well find ideas and women who can help you.
Always look at alternatives when you hit a crisis point. Women are naturally creative so let your mind flow and see other possibilities. A new business working from home, setting up a partnership with another woman, putting what you love and what you know together to come up with an original product or business idea are all possibilities. There are plenty of others. Write them down and follow your intuition on which ones to explore further. It may be that some of your ideas need to be discarded. Don t give up; just keep looking for more alternatives. Believe in what you can do and keep going. Once you have found a viable option that you feel passionate about set your goals and decide on an action plan to achieve them. Taking positive action is the key to pushing past the crisis.
Hitting a crisis is simply another of those professional women s issues that you can deal with. You are a strong, intuitive and caring woman and can move on from any crisis. Identify your values, set new goals and turn a crisis into a positive turning point in your life.

New look for a natural redhead?

I need to know some new looks. I'm 13, and in 7th grade, and I've just started wearing makeup. As a result of my small school, I'm the only redhead in my entire class, and I love this fact so much, because it seperates me from the crowd. But lately, I've noticed my complexion and my eyes, and I think they could look very pretty. I need some colors that would look good with hazel eyes that sometimes look dark-greenish-gold, and and eyeliner and all the basic makeup essentials. I want smoky eyes, but I don't want to be labled as, like, emo because of too dark eyes. I can't stand lip gloss because it's always in my way, the sticky damn stuff.
But I also have dry, cracked lips, and I would like them to be smoother and more sleek. Chap stickk? I just need to know how to get makeup that looks good with my hair and eyes. BTW, my hair is like in my in my icon, a dark, thick, red. It barely touches my shoulders.

Since you have hazel eyes, and you want smokey eyes but you don't want your eyes to look to dark, then go with your dark-greenish-gold colors! I'll give you a guide. First, apply eyeshadow primer(makes the eyeshadow more long-lasting,but this is optional), then apply dark green eyeshadow all over your eyelids, second apply a lighter green on the sides of your eyes, third take a blending brush and blend the all the harsh edges,fourth apply a little bit of the lighter green on your brow bone, fifth apply gold eyeliner and wing it out a bit to give it a little bit of style, sixth apply the same gold eyeliner on your waterline or below the waterline, seventh apply a salmon color lipstick or lip gloss, eighth fill in your brows to make them look fuller, and lastly apply a few coats of brown mascara. For the chapped lips I suggest you use chapstick everyday and then use your favorite lip gloss or lipstick over it so you'll be protecting your lips at the same time while looking beutiful

this make up is great.
i have been using it for years and it has never disappointed me.
it lasts all day and it makes your face look flawless.
clinique and estee lauder are from the same company so im pretty sure they are alike except estee lauder cost more and its better.
