I have never thought I looked amazing, but I kinda always thought I don't have anything particularly horrible about my face. Then people started calling me the ugly nerd behind my back, and I just want an honest opinion.

I feel really self conscious without make up and I tend to get alot of compliments on my make up. I don't go without make up, ever, I just don't so my boyfriend (since we don't live together) has actually never seen me without it even though we've dated for four years. I get really nervous what he'll think, which is pretty stupid but like I said I don't feel confident without it, I nanny and the oldest girl (I was staying overnight while parents were out of town) commented I looked really different but it wasn't "a bad thing". I feel like it is. Here's pictures (the no make up one is from my agency that's why my hair is all up they want it completely up for those):

you look really good both ways. i think you're naturally pretyt and dont need all that makeup. i dont mean to be rude, but this is just constructive criticism… I think you should go lighter on the makeup. It looks a bit Barbie-like and fake.
And no way do you look like a guy. You have gorgeous features and perfect eyebrows may I add hahah BE CONFIDENT. you are beautiful and youre skin is naturally gorgeoussss.

i am using mascara but none of them really work good nd they all wear off in like 5 minutes i use my eyelash curler but when i put mascara over it it makes its curl go out is there any kind that can make them really long without a eyelash curler

okay, so this mascara lasts all day! even thru my p.e. class, soccer, and rehearsal [and i sweat a lot.]! and i'm talkin' about the regular one not even waterproof!
so, i have short and skinny lashes and lashblast makes them so long and thick i get compliments by people with naturally long lashes.. and it doesnt clump at all(:
so i hope i helped,, and i highly recommend you buy this mascara (i've tried tons).

i was reading things about getting really tan in the summer and people were saying to lay out in the sun but use lotsss of sunscreen…. i dont see how that would work since sunscreen blocks you from getting a tan.

any suggestions….

You do want to use sunscreen to keep yourself from burning because once your skin burns you want to be out of the sun for about 3-7 days until the sunburn to go away completely. Using the sunscreen allows you to lay out everyday.

Taking two aspirins about 30-45 minutes before you lay out turns your blood acidic and helps prevent sunburn.

Shave and exfoliate before laying out because it removes dead skin cells and allows the UV rays to penetrate your skin deeper. If you do so afterward the tan will begin to fade sooner.

Apply an after sun lotion to lock in the color that you got after laying out. I like to use Ocean Potion Hemp Seed lotion or Hawaiian Tropic Lime Colada after sun lotion. They both work and both smell great!

If you're against using a sunscreen, look for lotions that contain tyrosine. Tyrosine is an amino acid that plays a major role in photosynthesis, which requires the sun. If you look at the ingredients in the tanning lotion, the order that they are listed in are the major components in the lotion. The sooner that tyrosine is listed, the more concentrated it is.

depends on what your best feature is. If its your eyes, Id do a single coat of mascara with a dark smoky eyeshadow and a silvery highlight at your brow and inside corners of your eyes.. but if its your lips Id go for a crushed berry colored lip stain with a clear gloss. and since your skin is pale maybe a nice Rosy blush on your cheeks? but only accent your eyes or lips. not both. and really you should do blush. guys like it even if they cant tell why lol and keep it simple because your kinda young and its just a game… no need to look trampy and sometimes girls your age do that on accident

i wear drugstore brand eyeliner and mascara but thats it.

so what are some really good makeup that works thats not drugstore

right now ive been using smashbox, tarte, tooface, lancome, clinique, bare escentuals, and some sephora brand makeup

so other than those brands what else is really good?

I have really really dark circles under my eyes that are hereditary.
I hate them so much and they make me really self-conscious.
I use a cover-up stick to try and hide them but it only works for ten minutes then you can just see the purple rings again.
I don't wear any other make up except mascara. You heard me right, no other make up!
