I'm 18 years old and I have very puffy eyes. My eyes were normal when I was really young but I have to admit that as a child I was very depressed because my mom was kinda abusive. I would cry all the time. You can literally see in my 3rd grade pictures where my eyes were starting to get puffy. Nobody in my family has puffy eyes like this and it makes my eyes look closed and old when I smile…I've also started to notice lines under my eyes…how can I get rid of this problem??? What steps should I take??

Putting spoons in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes then putting them on your eyes for a few minutes usually helps eyes appear less puffy & more refreshed as does using old teabags which have been cooled in the fridge. But my best bet is to invest in a cooling gel eye-mask which should help. Hope that helps.
