Well natural beauty is the way to go,so not to much makeup.
My advice:
Start out with a clean fresh face,I like to use 100% pure aloe vera gel as my moisturizer (it prevent acne and heals anything!).Then apply a little bit of clear brow gel (you can just use clear mascara), just brush your brows with this(eyebrows frame your face so brow gel keeps them in place).Then apply blush I recommend a nice pink (or you can just pinch your cheeks).Then apply the same clear mascara you used on your brows on your lashes(this looks natural but still makes your eyelashes look really long).Then apply a little bit of cherry or clear chapstick and you're ready to go!.For night time kick it up a notch and do these steps then apply a nice sliver over the lid all the way up to the brow bone.Then a little bit of winged eyeliner.

13$ not including aloe vera gel.
Pretty makeup,without spending a millon dollors.

i'm sixteen and i don't wear any at all.
i will wear some coverup from time to time but that's it.
i just don't think i need to wear any.

I have never worn anything more than foundation and concealer from time to time though. A lot of girls in my grade wear eyeliner, but I don't.
I think the natural look is a lot better than putting on 5 layers of eyeliner.

I'm a part time make up artist now. I usually do make up for models (up and coming) at photoshoots and maybe for some of the theatre productions I'm in. I haven't had any formal training, but I'd say I'd been doing make up since 2007. I was thinking that prom season is around the corner and that I could do some make up for prom. But how could I get my name out there?

I had, and still have issues in getting my name as a makeup artist out there, and honestly, word-of-mouth is always the way you will find most clients. You may want to make business cards, and hand them out, to people's who makeup you do, that'll help getting more people to remember you. Also putting up flyers around beauty supply stores and getting them to advertise for you is a great way to go. You may want to make a website, if finances permit. As for prom season, give discounts! Teenagers are cheap, and they want their makeup to be good, and cost efficient. Oh, and get creative, do things like car flyers…. those arrows, that kind of things. Who knows, maybe you should even make youtube videos. Just be creative, and work hard for what you want.
You may want to go to cosmo. school just because many people will not hire you if you do not have a license, yeah, its a sad sad fact.
Also, I am totally unknowing of business and such (since I am signed with a modeling agency currently), but you may want to get a business license. I am not sure one is needed, but it wouldn't hurt to look into that. (If you don't already have one of course)

well if i were you i wouldnt try and cover moles. i mean you could try concealer but yea…or just a normal foundation would make them less noticeable..

So I'm 12 and most of my friends wear makeup. I know that it's bad to wear it early but all of my friends wear makeup- two of them really pile it on, honestly I think its pretty silly, but makes them look good. One of them only wears mascara, and basically the majority of people at my school wear makeup, not too much though. I don't want to wear makeup because I think I'm too young and it would be a pain, but since all my friends wear it (and most people I know) I look pretty ugly compared to them. So basically what I'm trying to say is do you think it's okay to start wearing it at 12? Sorry I made it so long. (:

I had to wait until i was 13 to start wearing makeup, but it is a pain, i would wait until im 14. you barely even realize how fast you grow up, so try to enjoy having an easy life while you still can. and just because everyone else wears makeup doesnt mean you have to go with the crowd.
