If you have any particular photos you want to re-create her make-up look in, post them, it will be easier to tell you. I'm using her Time Magazine cover as a reference for most of this.

The focal point of her make-up is definitely the eyebrow. She had very full, dark eyebrows. In just about every photo I could find as a reference, she wore pretty natural brown shades on the eyes in the typical 80's style (up to the eyebrow, darker on the lid and crease and blending lighter up to the brow bone.) The eyeliner looks to me like thin pencil liner, overdrawn just the smallest bit past the lash line, and worn thin on the bottom to about 1/2 way across in a neutral shade like dark brown. She doesn't seem to use any liner on the waterline of her eyes. The mascara is probably Great Lash in black, cause that stuff sold like hot cakes in the 80's. The blush in the 80's usually ranged from dark, rosy or wine colors to reds and hot pinks. In some photos she wore the dark wine color blush, and other photos it looks like she's wearing apricot or hot pink shades of blush. The Time magazine photo is definitely a hot pink shade of blush. The blush is usually done in a downward angle starting just under the cheek bone, its applied heavily but blended down and upwards onto the temple and sides of the forehead just the slightest bit. In a lot of photos, she's got either cherry red, or baby pink colors on the lips. This one is the red and it would be fairly simple, just use a red lip liner (as close as you can get to your lipstick shade) to outline and fill in with a cherry red lip color. If you can't find one that's already a glossy red color, you can use a clear coat of lip gloss to go over it. The liner is essential to keep the glossy colors from "bleeding" or feathering off the lips.

Over all, the brow is the signature look. Growing a thick natural brow would be the best way to re-create this look, as it might look a little goofy to draw on. If you have enough brow hair and its just not the correct shade, you can use a darker brown eye pencil to fill over it or any sparse parts of the brow. Easiest way to achieve this shape is to not pluck them except for the "unibrow" part, let them grow out into your full natural arch and use an eyebrow brush to brush them upward, then seal them in with the mascara or brow gel.
