Well natural beauty is the way to go,so not to much makeup.

My advice:

Start out with a clean fresh face,I like to use 100% pure aloe vera gel as my moisturizer (it prevent acne and heals anything!).Then apply a little bit of clear brow gel (you can just use clear mascara), just brush your brows with this(eyebrows frame your face so brow gel keeps them in place).Then apply blush I recommend a nice pink (or you can just pinch your cheeks).Then apply the same clear mascara you used on your brows on your lashes(this looks natural but still makes your eyelashes look really long).Then apply a little bit of cherry or clear chapstick and you're ready to go!.For night time kick it up a notch and do these steps then apply a nice sliver over the lid all the way up to the brow bone.Then a little bit of winged eyeliner.

Total cost:
13$ not including aloe vera gel.

Pretty makeup,without spending a millon dollors.

What age did you start wearing make-up?
And HOW did you start wearing it… like did you ask your mom? Did you go buy your own make-up or use hers? (I don't want to wear my mom's make-up though.) Yeah im sorry that you're the first, thats no fun. and i hope that this answer will help you! i was like the 7th grade i think when i first started wearing it, so i was 12 i think. and it was very little i only wore mascara and thats it. i think i brought the subject up to my mom. i just sort of… asked her. haha! i asked her if she could buy some for me, she was hesitant at first saying, "only a little at the tips ok?" the first time i wore it actually is when my mom was on a trip and it was only my dad and my brothers and sisters. i put on mascara for the week that my mom was gone and when she came back thats when she made the "only at the tips" comment. and now at 15 i wear mascara, eye liner, foundation, sometimes concealer, and sometimes a neutral eyeshadow. but my suggestion to you is to start with a little. if its blush, mascara or foundation. just start with a little. and when you (and your mom) is comfortable with that you can maybe play around with eye liner or eye shadow. everybody is different and everybody has different tastes, just find what yours is! ^_^ everything will fall in place when the time is right! hope this helps! ^_^
