Well I'm kinda thinking to try out mascaras and concealers, foundations, ect. Even if it is not free, could you list the shops that have makeup samples? I live in Canada if that helps! Thanks

Sephora always gives free samples online and in their stores. All you have to do is ask. Also, if you have an Ulta near you, they`ll give free samples too. Hope I helped.

They sell them at Sephora and they are available in alot of different shades and designs. Hard Candy is now at Wal-Mart and they make press on eyeshadow too. Hope I helped.

Well if you are looking for free samples go to any department store and show interest in the skincare. Pick something and ask for a sample of it. Sometimes they have ones already made up and sometimes they have little jars to make you one. Some counters are stingy with their samples but it doesn't hurt to ask. Also freestanding stores too. Origins always gives me samples just ask.

Well your picture doesn't work, but I think Sephora would still be the correct answer. Urban Decay has some bright ones. Unless the ones you are talking about are neon, in that case, you want Kryolan Cosmetics.
