I'm not sure why, but every time I use black eyeliner both of my eyes turn red. They usually don't sting or anything, just a little while later when I look in a mirror I notice how red they are. I can use different shades of brown with no problem at all though, and my eyes don't seem to be sensitive to any other kind of makeup, just black eyeliner. I think this is a little strange, but I guess it has to do with what makes the black. Has anyone ever had this happen? I really would like to find a black eyeliner that doesn't cause this… any suggestions? Thanks!

You may possibly be allergic. I would try something hypo-allergenic. I personally prefer Revlon Color Stay. It works awesome for me, everything else irritates my eyes. If it's not causing any other problems, you may try to subdue the symptom, by using anti-red eye drops or something of that nature.

Im just not very good at those things, and with 2 kids I dont have a lot of time!

i was looking for the EXACT same thing a couple of weeks ago and i found " clean and clear dual action moisturiser" its the best moisturiser EVER, it contains salycilic acid to help clear any existing spots WHILE it hydrates, it took care of ALL my dry spots and because of the saycylic acid it didnt clog my pores either also it doesnt have that greasy heavy feeling that others have it just absorbs right up .

i recomend it you can find it anywhere that would sell clean and clear products and its quite cheap

try annabelle waterproof smoothliner i lovee it ! it comes in a bunch of colours, like many shades of brown, and also black. they can have to be sharpened, but they are not like a pencil really, they glide on extremely smooth, and you can put it on the waterline too because its waterproof. but it still is easy to take off, unlike waterproof mascara.

Dior DiorShow Mascara ($24.00 US, $31.00 CAN), OR… some of my friends use Cover Girl's LashBlast Volume Blasting Mascara .. and they look like they have fake eyelashes ($8.00 CAN).
